Influencing Behaviors - Seven Simple Rules

Back to Package

Everything around us is changing... and changing fast. In our professional and personal lives, the rate of change is unprecedented. At times, it can be overwhelming. How can we keep up with it all? Rather than focusing on the change, let’s learn to master that which does not change: Influence, persuasion, body language, and rapport are the keys to moving others and influencing behaviors… and how to move people has not changed in millenia.

The good news? You already do these things every day. With small tweaks, you can dramatically increase your ability to move people and influence behavior. In this engaging webinar, you will gain the strategies, tips, and general principles to guide every relationship you have, both professional and personal.

Participants will be able to:

-Identify seven simple rules to improve relations with patients, families, and colleagues

-Employ influence principles as tools to change behavior

-Utilize conscious and non-conscious influences to improve communication across interdisciplinary teams
