Overview:

These Racially Conscious Collaboration (RCC) seminars are about getting to know each other, building trust, and introducing our foundational tool, a research-based technology for more effective conversations about race.  Expert RCC facilitators will provide a highly engaging and interactive experience. Your people will get to know our facilitation style while we get to know a bit more about your capacity to center racial consciousness and intersectional equity in your organization. This highly sought-after foundational experience was designed to be virtual first.  The response to this highly interactive, visually stunning, expertly facilitated, racially transformative experience will ensure your people have a common language and a tool to advance toward systemic racial equity transformation. These sessions will NOT be recorded. Participants must attend live in order to participate and earn PDUs.

Meet the President & Founder:
